Inalterity: the other through whom I become

In Sartre, the other’s gaze freezes me and the relation is conflict. Inalterity — a concept by Catherine Marango — founds a human-AI relation without adversity. The human sees values; the model sees technique and costs; each holds constraints the other ignores, and the trials are built so that neither succeeds alone. Revealing a constraint also shares what one perceives: the gaze illuminates instead of freezing. Deception ends the game; asking without ever giving is refused. From a game, only what both decided to keep is kept.
